Vintaflow keeps a week-by-week projection for every product in every warehouse: on hand, inbound, outbound, and in transit. Past weeks come from actual stock and orders, and future weeks are projected from the ML demand forecast. Recent weeks are regularly rebuilt from actual stock so the projection never drifts from what is really in the warehouse.

Planning levels, calculated for you

For each product at each warehouse, Vintaflow calculates safety stock, the reorder point, and target and maximum levels from future demand and lead time. When several suppliers feed one warehouse, each lane is weighed. Weeks of coverage are measured against future demand, not past sales, so coverage reflects what is coming.

When projected stock falls below target, alerts reach everyone involved and feed straight into recommended orders.

A distributor sees a key product heading toward a stockout three weeks out and approves a recommended order before customers notice.
