How it works
Vinta Agent is the AI assistant built into Vintaflow. Instead of building a report or filtering a table, you ask a question about your supply chain data in plain language and get an answer from the data in your account. It sits next to the forecasts, recommended orders, and reports your team already works from.
Help is built in as well. An AI support agent answers how-to questions inside the application, and a direct escalation route reaches the Vintaflow team when a person is needed.
