How it works

Producers, importers, distributors, and retailers work in one network. Each connection is requested and approved by both sides, and each side chooses what the other may see. Partners can share selected inventory and sales performance, forecasts and promotional plans, and orders, so everyone plans from the same numbers.

Not every partner needs a login. A secure portal link that expires gives a partner the inventory, orders, and products you have chosen to share, and scheduled email summaries keep them up to date. You can also set up and manage a partner's data before they join, then hand the account over.

Control who does what

Delegated access lets a partner or service provider work inside your account, limited to specific products if you choose, with their changes waiting for your approval. Distribution lists route each alert type by severity to the right contacts, in real time or as a daily, weekly, or monthly digest. Field-level history records who changed what, and when.
